Awakened (o)

[Sage]

It was midday. Storm clouds had began to form which would make heavy rain and maybe lightning. The wind had began to pick up making a whistling sound. There was a cave, behind a waterfall. Inside arrows and a bow. A young teen named Sage. Water from the Waterfall blew inside. Making it cold. Sage transformed into a large white tiger.

She transformed because it was getting much too cold. It was still pretty cold. Soon lightning cracked in the sky. Lighting up the cave. Sage stared up to see anther clap of lightning crack through the sky. The wind kept blowing. Sage looked at her bow and arrow. Something was missing. Her necklace. It was the last thing that helped her remember.

Even in this weather Sage was willing to go out and find the necklace. She gulped then got up and walked outside into the wind in rain. The wind blew her pelt back. The rain hit her like small cold needles. She looked around, almost blinded by rain and wind. She then found herself walking, to trip over a rock. Her big paws had hit it. She fell onto her back. She hissed quietly. She got up and looked at her left paw. There was blood trickling from it.

Even though Sage was now slightly injuried she felt like she had to keep going. She kept walking. She could then see something on a tree. She ran to it as fast as she could. Through the wind, through the ran. It was her necklace. The one with a wooden tiger on it that her father carved for her. She transformed into her human form to grab it. She slipped it on her neck and went back to a tiger. Before she could get moving a branch came down on her.

Sage yowled. She began to gnaw at the branch. She was getting colder and colder. Her gnaws getting slower and slower. She just broke the branch to find four sratches trickling more blood on each her legs. She got up, hardly able to stand. She began to walk, almost falling with each and every step she toke. Until she found her self taking shelter under a tree. Only for a while. She began to lick her wounds. The copper tang of her blood was on her tongue.

She now wished she had waited until tommorow to go out to find her necklace. Her ears laid flat against her head. She put her head down on her paws. She was really cold now and was begining to feel stiff. She had to move again or at least find somewhere warm. She got up to her paws. It now felt painful to stand. She began to move again. She didn't go far. She could see somewhere where she had the chance to rest.

There were two large tree with large roots. She could try to stay warm there until the storm ended. She curled up between the roots. Hoping not to pass out. If she did so she would loose more and more heat. She began to doze off. Trying not to fall asleep. She then did fall asleep. She woke up to a morning sky. Only lucky to be alive. She looked around. Something had to have kept her warm.

It was midday and now she had awaken to the morning sky of today. She rose to her paws and began to walk. Drops of rain that lingered on the leaves fell onto her pelt. They felt no longer cold like last night. Sage didn't know where she was for now. She would have to find her cave before someone moved in thinking she was gone for goo. She was thinking of where she went last night. She had to think this through. She transformed back into her human form.

Katrina slowly and causously walked to the now waking girl. She sat in the tree above her durning the storm and had been watched the tiger. After the storm passed the white raven flew out and looked for something. As Kat flew something caught her eye and she swooped down. She picked it up in her talons and carried it back to the tree. As she landed back in the tree she shifted and examined it. It was a necklace and it looked something like the the snow tiger she was watching. As the woman woke up, she swung put of the tree and landed just in front of her.

"Looking for something miss?" Kat asked looking around.

Kat spread her snow white wings and tucked them back next to her body. She held the necklace near by incase it was this womans necklace.

Sage looked at where her necklace was when she had fallen asleep. "Hey give that back!" Sage snapped. She didn't know that she had lost it again when she had come to the tree. She thought the girl had stole it from her. She wanted to reach out and grab it, but knew that it cuold end with the necklace breaking. Her necklace was too important to her to break it.

Kat looked at the woman with shock before answering her.

"Hey hey hey now. I found this and I figured its yours. Here, you can have it back." She said with a smile.

Kat unclipped the necklace and re clipped it around the womans neck. She took a step back and her wings instantly spread out as if she was going to fly off now. Kat tucked them back behind her and made her hair look feathery and long.

"Who are you anyways? I'm Katrina. But you can call me Kat." She said extending her hand for a shake.
