The white eagle swooped, dipping down. Her claws skimmed the tips of the trees, wind brushing past her pointy face. Morphing slowly, the white eagle's feathery shape slowly turned back into a leather jacket, jeans and a silver bracelet at her wrist.
Her head jerked as a long howl echoed through the tall trees, making her grasp an elaborate knife at her waist. She grinned, folding her wings back. She was new to this particular territory. The first things that these wolves needed to learn was that this wittle birdy was in no way, shape or form, dinner.
Minutes later, a tall white wolf emerged. Snow's breath quickened, her hand tightening on her knife. They circled her and she cawed. They flinched, unused to a bird sound coming from a girl.
She jumped up, her avian bird bones making her as light as air. They squeaked as she landed on them triumphantly, slashing some with a knife.
After about half an hour of fighting, she had left her mark. She lifted her chin. Those wolves would have scars forever. She walked confidently to a tall maple, using the branches and grooves to heave herself up. It wasn't easy, but she enjoyed the challenge.
Pulling out some bread cheese, she gnawed at it for awhile, enjoying the view.

As the scene unfolded a Red Shouldered Hawk landed in the nearest tree. He wouldn't be seen for the fact that he smaller that the branch above him. He spread out his wings and let himself drift down to the next branch below him. He waited until the girl walked away before he swooped aver her head. He landed on her shoulder and let out a quiet caw.
He nuzzled her cheek with his head and leapt of her shoulder landing on the ground. What he wanted to do was keep himself like normal. Although rubbing her cheek prbably wasn't normal.

Snow froze, her brace jingling to a halt. She wasn't used to be touched or being with anybody else other than Lukani and herself. So naturally, she flinched, opening her mouth to say something. She closed it, remembering that last time it hadn't gone so well with Jenn.
The claws seemed to become taut as her hands tightened, suppressing the urge to whack the insolent bird of its perch. Her grey eyes flicked untrustingly, feeling unnerved that she couldn't see the red hawk. "Who are you?" She asked, adjusting a silver earring.

The hawk gently flew off her shoulder and landed in vront of her before shifting to his normal self. His golden brown hawk eyes glimmered and his short redish orange hair waved in the slight breeze.
"Ello. Good 'ay Love. I'm Oliver. And you would be?" He asked using his fake austrailian accent.
He instictevly reached up to his ear and touched the ring on the top. Oliver twitched a red wing behind him as a feather fell in his face. His big wings helped but sometimes it was just out of hand.

Snow took a step back as the claws loosened from her shoulder, and flew off, landing in front of her. Absent-mindedly, she shoved her lunch inside her pocket, regarding the winged male with a critical stare.
She raised her eyebrows, kind've like, Really?

He let a large sigh. He wouldn't be getting much info about her.
"Well now your purposly doing that. You can speak I heard you. Tell me. What's your name?" He said sticking a hand in his pocket.
Oliver whistled an unfamilar tune and his horse didn't show up. Good. My mare won't scare her off. He had wings to get around but horse riding was so much better. Absent mindedly he reached into his pocket and pulled out a carrot. A fresh carrot for his horse. He stuffed it back in and looked up at the some what frightened girl.

A gleam of sunlight bounced off one of Snow's many jewelry pieces, making it shine brightly. She was dressed in black jeans with a black leather jacket and silver bling. Tall black boots laced up her heels. It didn't surprise her that no one knew her. She was new. Besides, she was always the quiet one.
Snow folded her wings back up, looking at the guy blankly. She pushed a strand of dark hair from her face, shoving her hands into her leather jacket. Her eyes darted frequently around. To a patch of trees then to the guy and so on. She didn't really know what the guy meant by "purposely" but then again in the other place people called her naive. "Snow." She answered, "My name is Snow."

"Well 'ello Snow. You seem to be a shy person." He noted.
Oliver whistled an unfamiliar tone to Snow but not to one animal in particular. The faint sound if animal hooves were heard in the distant. A neigh was heard and the horse slowly came into sight. It was a white and strawberry roan color. It trotted up to the winged boy and nickered. He pulled out a carrot and the horse lipped it out of his hand munching on it quietly.
"Snow, this is my mare Spirit. She isn't my pet but she is a mare that I trained" He said petting the mares face gently.

Snow bit her lip, trying not snap back.
Spirit. Her eyes eyes flicked quickly in surprise, not enough to be noticed. Snow rolled her eyes, "Like there's a difference." She muttered quietly.

Oliver scoffed and rolled his eyes.
"You know how to ride?" He asked ignoring her last remark.
Olive shifted his wings and gently flapped them once. He was lifed into the air and up above the horses back. He landed gently on the horses back on his feet. He stood there on Spirit's back before he leapt off her back doing a flip and landing right in front of Snow. He took a mini bow and stepped away.
"I can always teach you." He said giving a grin.

"No." She replied, balling her fists. "Never ridden before."
As he did his little act, Snow didn't flinch, but just almost. Instead, she let her fingers relax, stretching out. I can always teach you. She let a soft laugh. "LOLNO." She chuckled caustically. The realization that she just laughed didn't occur to her. But something else did. She stopped laughing. "Wait. You're serious?"

Oliver cocked his head unsulted that she had laughed at him. 'LOLNO' Was not the right answer he was looking for.
"Ya I was serious. But you don't seem to care so.." he said trailing off.
Oliver phisically leapt onto Spirit turning her around to see if Snow wanted to or not.
Ooc: sorry so short!

"Sorry." She tossed her hair back, "It's not really my thing." She wore a very prim attitude. "I just don't understand why you'd try to make a natural animal carry your weight." A nearly earnest aura had settled around her, "Of course. That's just my opinion."

"This animal is bred and has been used to carry elk around for god sakes. Honestly riding a horse is like flying in the air except your weaving and dodging trees with your friend tuned to you telling you what is happening. Until the unexpected happenes of course." He said his eyes slowly filling with pain. Oliver nudged to horse forward and Spirit trotted forward slowly. Oliver spread out his red wings and crouch onto the horses neck as if the horse appeared to have wings. He sat racer style with his abilitys ready to help.

Snow scoffed, "Then what's the point of riding if you have wings?" She didn't understand. Couldn't. "To me, nothing else compares to flying." Her stormy grey eyes locked on his then drifted away. A breeze blew up her raven black hair in the wind.
