Four hundred years ago, the Indians roamed and lived off of the Earth. Of course, no one knew this, but the Greek came to America first, to see the Indians. Seeing and admiring their ways, the Greek created Tribes of their own, secret tribes. One was named Mentis, or Clear Minds. The second was named Secretum, or secret. The third and final tribe, Crudelis, cruel.
When the English came to the U.S., the Greek and Native Americans se rely helped them win the war, thinking that they could help them, and teach them new things. For a while, the bond between the Tribes and the new Americans lasted, until the 1920s. The Tribes were inhabiting the land that in their opinion, was theirs. They tried war, but it did no good. They killed off lots of Indians, but still, it did not work.
Then, a breakthrough in science. A French scientist discovered how to make humans into animals, and had agreed to use his discovery on the Indians. It turned all the American Indians, but the Greek ones, managed to somehow suppress it, only becoming half animal. They transform, only when their emotions are high, and are human e rest of the time. No one is aware of their existence, or the cruel method the US used to rid their Native heritage.
Now, a human has found out, and the Greeks, now who call themselves, the Forsaken, took the man prisoner, and he is on the brink of escape. If he does so, the whole Forsaken Tribes will be in great danger, along with the majority of animal population.
That would be the plot.
Basically... Your character has two sides, animal and human. He must have one animal trait, such as my character, Victoria, has cat eyes, because she is a lion.
