Jaime looked at her as she turned and scolded him somewhat, but he didn't listen. He just turned and hurried to her and leaned down. He grabbed her face and pulled it to his, kissing her long and hard. His heart was hammering, there was no denying that he had been afraid that he was going to lose her within those few short seconds. He didn't want any harm to come to her or anything. He frowned and pulled away "Shut up. Don't even scold me for protecting what i love. Was i suppose to just watch you get murdered? Do you have any idea how torn up i would have been. If you're not here, then a whole lot of me isn't going to be here. A part of me will die if you're gone." he muttered and kissed her forehead.
He looked down at the note and looked at her "What does it say?" he asked her, his eyes filled with curiosity. |

Tamari gasped in surprise when Jaime kissed her, she certainly hadn't been expecting that. Leaning into him, she waited until after he had kissed her forehead before hungrily seizing his lips again, knotting her hands into his shirt to pull him closer. She had been scared, there was no possible way to deny that. Scared for herself and scared for Jaime. She was so ashamed, such a coward.
Finally pulling away from him, she gasped lightly a few times, her cheeks red. Looking down at the note, she ran her fingers over the writing before slipping it into her pocket. The old language, the code that Trick and her had made together when they were still considered 'friends' and wanted to play pranks on their parents. Shaking her head, she smiled back up at Jaime.
"Dont' worry, it was nothing important."
I will see you again, Little Rabbit. Wait for me.

Jaime looked at her, his wolf ears had popped out when they had been kissing. He had felt conflicted with her; anger, worry, and love. All emotions he had trouble with. He looked down at the note and took it from her lightly, crumbling it up and putting it down on the ground under his foot "Tamari, i swear to the gods. If he touches you again, i'm not going to hesitate with anything." he murmured to her.
He still felt his nerves pumping ice through his veins as he thought about the possibility of if he hadn't gotten here in time. He looked down at her and grabbed her around the hips again, kissing her cheeks lightly with worry before pulling her into a tight hug. |
