Suddenly, Victoria saw Tanner change, but it looked painful. She gave him an apologetic lick, and batted his ear. She took off running, knowing where she wanted to take him. She laughed a little, her paws thundering against the ground.

Tanner's eyes opened wide a little when she gave him an apologetic lick and then cuffed his ear, making him feel hot under his pelt. He watched her take off running suddenly "H-Hey!" he said, his voice coming out thunderous and with a small growl at the end.

He smiled to himself and chased after her, being a jaguar, he was faster. He soon caught up to her and ran by her side, adjusting to her speed. He looked at her "Where.....are you taking...us?" he said between running.

For a second, her cat brain forgot, but then remembered again. She had this little pond that was hidden well in the Silver Forest, where there were stepping stones to jump across. It was a lot of fun, especially if you fall in. She smiled at her cub hood memories.

"Don't worry, you'll be safe and sound when we return. Mabe..." she grinned. She headed toward the place, skidding to a stop in front of a big rock. She went around it, and there it was. Her little pond.

Tanner sighed as she lead him towards the pond. What was she getting at? He smiled to himself and continued to follow, whether or not his instincts told him no if he didn't get an answer. The way Victoria had left the answer open like a book about their safety made him feel like this was a challenge.

He followed her to the skidding halt, almost running into her. He followed her around it and stopped, looking at the little pond. It was very beautiful, the stepping stones had probably been put there by the ancient warriors of Secretum.

He smiled to Victoria "How'd you find this?" he asked her.

"I was hunting one day, and stumbled upon it. Beautiful, isn't it?" she asked, her eyes staring into the welcoming water. Many dont know this, but big cats love water. She pounced on a stepping stone, flicking her tail for him to join her. She gave him a smile, her eyes shining.

She loved Secretum territory, all its little nooks and crannies, like this one. She looked around, ready to jump, when she decided she would wait and push Tanner in first, then jump in with him.

Tanner craned his neck at the stepping stones, he wasn't so sure about it but something told him not to trust Victoria on this one.

But he proceeded. He sighed and jumped onto a slippery stepping stone, looking over at her with a chuckle. He looked down at his reflection and then looked up, glancing all around themselves.

He had to admit, this was a beautiful territory. He smiled, he had never known of a place like this and was glad that she had showed him this. Maybe he would come here when he felt stressed or upset, this place had that calming effect on him already.
